- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Tim is a nice guy and taxes were completed on time. NYS had an issue with my New York state return. Tim filed for a deduction I was not actually eligible for and I received a notice from New York state's department of taxation to correct this and re submit the paperwork. I reviewed all the materials myself and it appeared the state was correct. I called Tim so he could tell me his side of the story. I called 4-5 different times and spoke with him or his wife and he told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I would avoid this service as it appears he may be taking on more clients than he can handle.By Mark K, January 31, 2018
